Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has urged allies to be more decisive in their support, as Ukraine faces restrictions on using Western-supplied weapons. Russia has accused the West of involvement in Ukraine’s recent attack on the Kursk region, which Ukraine claims was a successful operation.
