Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister on Law and Parliamentary Affairs Aftab Alam Afridi Advocate has along-with the elders of the area and local party leadership visited Dhoda Sharif area in Kohat of ​​his Constituency PK-90. He on this occasion, beside inspecting other developmental works, also reviewed the pace of work on Dhoda Road. He on the spot directed the authorities concerned to ensure timely completion of all developmental works without any compromise on its quality.
It may be recalled that the Dhoda Road was in dilapidated condition for the last 30 years. During his election campaign, the Law Minister had promised the elders of the area to build the said road, which he fulfilled today.
Speaking on this occasion, the Law Minister said that the provincial government of PTI is seriously working on rapid development of Kohat and Insha’Allah, wherever the work is urgently needed, he will do his best to do it on priority basis.
Aftab Alam said, unlike the past, decisions of public interest will now be made in the open court of the people instead of closed rooms and personal likes and dislikes. He added that the developmental plan for his entire constituency will be determined keeping in view the needs of each area. He said that local committees have been activated to keep a check on the developmental projects and they have been asked that wherever any deficiency or corruption is found in the work, it should immediately be reported so that timely action can be taken.
Aftab Alam warned that the provincial government has zero tolerance for commission and corruption, whoever is found involved in it will be made a lesson for others.
