The US State Department has once again declined to comment on questions related to the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, and his imprisonment.
During a recent briefing, spokesperson for the US State Department, Tami Bruce, was asked whether President Trump would take any action regarding Imran Khan’s detention. In response, Bruce reiterated that the US does not comment on the internal matters of other countries. She added that if needed, the White House could be approached for further inquiries.
This marks the second time that the US State Department spokesperson has refused to address questions about Imran Khan. A similar refusal was made on March 6, during another media briefing.
