Uncontrolled Fire Rages in Nathiagali for Three Days: Dozens of Trees Burnt

Nathiagali (Web Desk): A devastating fire in the scenic tourist spot of Nathiagali, District Abbottabad, has been raging uncontrollably for three days, destroying a mosque and causing extensive damage to wildlife and trees in the Kundla area.

Local residents have expressed frustration, stating that forestry officials, police, and rescue teams have yet to arrive on the scene. The fire has now spread towards residential areas, posing a severe threat to multiple homes.

The blaze has also consumed locals’ winter firewood reserves, leaving many residents in distress. Despite the lack of official assistance, locals are making desperate attempts to control the fire on their own.

Residents are urging authorities to take immediate action as the fire continues to escalate, endangering lives, property, and the region’s natural habitat.
