Faisalabad (News Desk): A UK-based Pakistani businessman has announced plans to establish an orphanage in Faisalabad’s Kamalia area, where orphaned children and their mothers will be provided with shelter and essential facilities.

Liaqat Ali, a successful IT entrepreneur in the UK and CEO of Help Foundation, has named the project Aghosh Fatima. He has donated his personal 52-kanal land, worth millions of rupees, for this noble cause.

Speaking at a press conference at the National Press Club in Islamabad on Friday, Liaqat Ali revealed that the project is expected to be completed within two years at an initial cost of PKR 1 billion. He highlighted that the initiative will be funded with support from overseas Pakistanis and serve as a gift from the diaspora to the people of Pakistan.

“This will not be a traditional orphanage but a center where underprivileged women can live with their children,” Ali explained. The facility will provide free housing, food, education, and healthcare for its residents.

Ali emphasized the significant reward of supporting orphans in the afterlife and noted that all expenses for the center are being borne by overseas Pakistanis. He expressed hope that the project will positively impact countless lives and serve as a symbol of care and compassion.
