Islamabad ( The COW News Digital)In a significant update for Pakistani citizens planning to travel to Türkiye, the Turkish Visa Application Center has officially announced new fee structures for both single-entry and multiple-entry visas. The revised schedule outlines varying charges based on visa duration and entry type, effective immediately.
According to the updated information, Pakistani passport holders applying for a single-entry visa to Türkiye will now be required to pay:
- $180 for a 3-month visa
- $200 for a 6-month visa
- $220 for a 12-month (1-year) visa
In contrast, the multiple-entry visa option is available only for a one-year period, with a set fee of $340. Turkish authorities have clarified that there are no provisions for 3 or 6-month multiple-entry visas under the new guidelines.
All visa fees must be paid in Pakistani Rupees, and the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to both regular and VIP applications. Additionally, VIP visa applicants will be charged an extra $15 service fee.
Currency conversion will be calculated based on the official exchange rate issued by the State Bank of Pakistan one day prior to payment. Travelers are advised to check the latest conversion rates and prepare the correct amount in rupees before proceeding with their visa applications.
Türkiye remains one of the most sought-after destinations for Pakistani tourists due to its rich historical legacy, cultural depth, and natural beauty. From Istanbul’s architectural marvels to the scenic coastlines of Antalya, millions visit the country each year, making these visa changes highly relevant for both casual travelers and business visitors alike.
Travel experts urge applicants to apply in advance and ensure all documents are in order to avoid delays or complications under the new fee system.
The Turkish Visa Application Center also reminded applicants that these changes are part of a routine update to streamline the visa process and improve service efficiency for international travelers, particularly from Pakistan.
