The Islamabad High Court has issued a notice on Bushra Bibi’s request for cancellation of bail in Tosha Khana 2 case.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the FI’s request for cancellation of Bushra Bibi’s bail in Tosha Khana 2 case. The court issued a notice to Bushra Bibi and sought her reply next week.
FIA Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi appeared in the court. The prosecutor took a stand that Bushra Bibi is misusing the bail received from the Islamabad High Court and is not appearing in most of the hearing of the trial court The court issued a notice on the FIA’s request and adjourned the hearing till next week.
