meeting will be held at 11:30 AM today in the Parliament House, and the sessions of the negotiation committees will be chaired by Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq.
During the committee meetings, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will formally present its written demands. One of the key demands will be the establishment of a judicial commission to investigate the incidents of May 9 and November 26.
Another demand will be the release of PTI’s founder, Imran Khan, and other detainees. PTI will also present its viewpoint before the committee. After receiving the Charter of Demands, the government will inform the committee of its decision.
The meeting will be held in-camera, and Senator Irfan Siddiqui will brief the media on the decisions made by the negotiation committees.
