The Sindh government has declared a public holiday on December 27 to mark the death anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

According to the notification, a public holiday will be observed across the Sindh province on December 27 to mark the death anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

Earlier, the Sindh government requested a helicopter from the federal government for the 17th death anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. The Sindh Home Department wrote a letter to the Federal Ministry of Interior, seeking a helicopter for aerial surveillance at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on the occasion of the anniversary.
