Islamabad ( The COW News Digital)Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry has said that not only Imran Khan’s sons but also his daughter should come to Pakistan. Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, Chaudhry emphasized that if Imran Khan’s children are not Pakistani citizens, they must obtain visas like any other foreign nationals.
Chaudhry clarified that Pakistani laws apply equally to all, and no foreign or local individual is permitted to come to the country and act above the law. “If Imran Khan’s children are not citizens, visa rules will apply,” he said. “His daughter, like his sons, should also come to Pakistan.”
In response to questions regarding recent security incidents, the minister said that the recent wave of terrorism in Balochistan is a continuation of “Operation Sandor,” allegedly backed by India. “India is targeting soft targets in Pakistan through its proxies,” Chaudhry claimed. “But we will eliminate these proxies.”
He further accused Imran Khan’s political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), of spending an unprecedented amount on international lobbying against Pakistan. “No one has invested as much money in anti-Pakistan lobbying as PTI,” he stated. “And it has all gone to waste. Even today, the Goldsmith family is backing Imran Khan.”
Chaudhry also addressed the issue of cross-border terrorism, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Balochistan, where he alleged that banned outfits like TTP and BLA are operating with support from neighboring countries. “These are foreign proxies working from across the border,” he said. “But Pakistani institutions and the people are ready to confront the enemy.”
He stressed the need to further strengthen anti-terror institutions in KP and Balochistan, stating that despite ongoing threats, the number of terrorist incidents has significantly declined.
The minister concluded by reaffirming Pakistan’s resolve to protect its sovereignty and combat terrorism at all levels. “The war is not over, but we are determined and united,” he said. “Anyone undermining Pakistan—whether externally or internally—will be dealt with strictly under the law.”
