The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) continues its bullish momentum, while the exchange rate of the U.S. dollar remains fluctuating.
On the fourth trading day of the week, the stock market opened on a positive note, with the KSE-100 Index gaining 269 points in the first session, reaching 113,611 points. The previous day also saw a significant rise in the index, resulting in billions of rupees in gains for investors.
Meanwhile, in the interbank market, the U.S. dollar depreciated by 10 paisas at the start of trading, bringing its value down to Rs. 279.37. However, the dollar’s fluctuations have been ongoing for several days, with its value typically decreasing at market opening but rising again by the end of the trading session.
