The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) saw a strong start on Thursday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index surpassing the 114,000-point mark once again. The index gained 182 points, reaching 114,045 points in early trading.
On Wednesday, the KSE-100 Index had closed at 113,163 points.
Meanwhile, the exchange rate saw improvement as the US dollar depreciated. According to the Exchange Companies Association, the interbank dollar rate dropped by 12 paisas, settling at Rs 279.50.
