Popular Pakistani comedian and impressionist Shafaat Ali has once again captured the internet’s attention, this time with a satirical video mimicking Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s voice while poking fun at India’s failed cross-border strike, dubbed “Operation Sindoor.”

In the viral Instagram video, Shafaat Ali humorously critiques the Indian military operation, calling it a misadventure that ended in embarrassment. “We launched Operation Sindoor, and Pakistan turned it into a wedding feast,” he quips in Modi’s signature tone, drawing waves of laughter and praise online.

Continuing the parody, Shafaat’s version of Modi sarcastically declares, “Sindoor was meant to change history and win us the Bihar elections. Instead, Pakistan served us a grand reception.”

The comedic sketch also features “Modi” expressing concerns over the performance of Indian Rafale and MiG fighter jets, while surprisingly commending Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir for the swift and forceful response.

Social media users flooded the comments section, lauding Shafaat for his uncanny mimicry and timely political satire. “We’ve always admired your talent, but this one hit the mark. You perfectly captured Modi’s real feelings,” one user commented.

The video comes amid heightened tensions following India’s unprovoked airstrikes, which the Modi government labeled as retaliation for the Pahalgam attack. The Indian strike, however, resulted in the tragic loss of 31 Pakistani lives and left over 70 injured.

In a swift and decisive counterattack, Pakistan’s Air Force downed five Indian aircraft, including three recently acquired French Rafale jets, showcasing a clear military and strategic upper hand.
