Security forces conducted a successful operation in South Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing 13 foreign terrorists, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The operation, carried out on December 24 and 25 in the Sararogha area, was based on credible intelligence reports about the presence of militants.
During the operation, security forces effectively targeted the terrorists’ hideout, neutralizing 13 insurgents. The ISPR confirmed that the eliminated terrorists were involved in attacks against security personnel and the killing of innocent civilians.
A clearance operation is underway to eliminate any remaining militants in the area.
The statement reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to rooting out the menace of terrorism, with security forces remaining steadfast in their resolve to ensure peace and stability in the country.
