Islamabad (News Desk): Prime Minister’s political advisor, Rana Sanaullah, criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for not providing a list of their deceased during a recent committee meeting and questioned whether a judicial commission should be formed regarding the attack on the federal government by PTI protesters.
During a private TV talk show, Rana Sanaullah raised concerns about PTI’s actions, asking, “Should we form a judicial commission over the attack by armed groups on the federal government?” He also inquired about the origin of a photo from the 2019 Nankana Sahib murder incident, which had been shared as a shooting incident in Islamabad.
The Prime Minister’s advisor stated that participants in the procession at Chungi No. 26 had fired recklessly. He demanded to know why the provincial government allowed an armed mob to attack the federal government. “If 13 people were killed, let someone come forward and say they were present where the killings occurred,” he added.
Rana Sanaullah also mentioned that PTI had failed to provide a list of their deceased in the committee meeting. He pointed out that PTI had wasted 15 days and suggested that the deadline for their demands be extended from January 31. He had expected that PTI would submit a written charter of demands the previous day.
