Pakistan’s star batter Saim Ayub and white-ball team’s vice-captain Salman Ali Agha have both seen a rise in the latest ICC ODI rankings.
According to the newly released rankings by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Saim Ayub has climbed 57 places to secure the 24th spot, while Salman Ali Agha has moved up 28 positions to reach 80th place.
Despite these advancements, former captain Babar Azam remains at the top of the ODI rankings, followed by India’s Rohit Sharma in second and Shubman Gill in third.
Additionally, Pakistan’s wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan has also made progress, moving up three places to 21st in the rankings.
The top 10 players in the ODI rankings now include Virat Kohli in fourth, Heinrich Klaasen in fifth, Harry Tector in sixth, Daryl Mitchell in seventh, Shai Hope in eighth, Rahmanullah Gurbaz in ninth, and Nissanka in tenth.
