Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s house was attempted to be robbed, and the actor was injured while resisting the robbery.
According to Indian media reports, Saif Ali Khan was injured during the resistance and was transferred to Leelavati Hospital.
The incident occurred around 2:30 AM at the actor’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai. According to Indian media, an unknown person tried to break into Saif Ali Khan’s house with the intention of robbery. When Saif resisted, the assailant fled.
Reports suggest that the actor was attacked with a knife, resulting in injuries. The actor underwent surgery at Leelavati Hospital, and according to doctors, Saif received six stab wounds, two of which were quite deep.
One of the wounds was near his spine, according to the doctor.
The police have stated that the investigation is ongoing, and statements from family members are being recorded. The police are also trying to identify the suspect using the CCTV footage from inside the house.
According to Indian media, Saif Ali Khan lives in the Bandra house with his wife Kareena Kapoor and their two children.
