London: A rare round egg recently sold for £200 (over PKR 70,000) at an auction in the UK.

The previous owner of the egg, Ed Pownell from Lambourn, Berkshire, had initially purchased it for £150. After acquiring the egg, Mr. Pownell donated it to the Iuventas Foundation, a charity that provides life coaching, guidance, and mental health support to young people in Oxfordshire.

The foundation initially thought Mr. Pownell’s offer to sell the egg was a joke, but after reading articles about the auction, they realized its value. Eventually, they decided to put the egg up for sale.

The Iuventas Foundation expressed their happiness and excitement over the auction proceeds, which will help them continue supporting young people in need. The funds raised will be used to assist individuals aged 13 to 25 who struggle with mental health issues, allowing the foundation to reach more youth in need of help.
