The provincial assemblies of Punjab and Balochistan are set to hold important sessions today, with several significant discussions and resolutions on the agenda.
The Balochistan Assembly session, scheduled for 2:30 PM, will be chaired by Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola. One of the key items on the agenda is a notice of attention by Member of Provincial Assembly, Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman, calling for legislation to protect the rights of fishermen. Additionally, JUI-F member Fazal Qadir Mandokhel will present a resolution regarding the commencement of work on the Zhob Bypass, while MPA Syed Zafar Agha will propose a resolution for granting scholarships to students of religious schools.
Meanwhile, the Punjab Assembly session will take place at 11:30 AM, where the agenda includes questions related to the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122). There will also be a general discussion on law and order issues and rising inflation, with several call attention notices expected to be presented.
Both assemblies will discuss crucial issues affecting their respective regions, aiming to bring about reforms and address public concerns.
