Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to observe February 8 as a Black Day in protest.

According to sources, during a meeting with lawyers on Wednesday, PTI Chairman Imran Khan issued important instructions to party leaders and directed them to prepare for protests on the specified date.

Sources further revealed that Imran Khan instructed all Members of National Assembly (MNAs) and Members of Provincial Assembly (MPAs) to prepare for protests in their respective constituencies.

Additionally, PTI Chairman has also directed party leaders to refrain from making statements against Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Sources further indicated that a decision was made to take all opposition leaders into confidence regarding the planned protests.

Moreover, it was reported that Imran Khan expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of PTI’s Information Secretary, Sheikh Waqas Akram.
