Lahore/Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz congratulated the national cricket team for their historic whitewash in the One-Day series against South Africa.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the national cricket team’s outstanding performance, stating that the team won all the matches in the series and demonstrated excellent play throughout. He also acknowledged the hard work of Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi and the team management, expressing hope that these successes will continue in the future.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that the national cricket team showcased remarkable performance and won the hearts of the nation. She specifically appreciated the excellent performances of players like Syed Ayub, Salman Agha, Sufyan Muqeem, and others.

The Chief Minister further stated that the Pakistani cricket team has proven its superiority over South Africa and expressed hope that this winning streak would continue.
