PM Shehbaz, Nawaz resolve to take strict action against miscreantsv

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif resolved on Sunday to take strict action against the miscreants.

According to details, PM Shehbaz held a meeting with Nawaz at Jati Umra. On this occasion, both the leaders discussed the matters pertaining to the national security and political affairs. The premier and Nawaz agreed to hold accountable those who harm national solidarity and vowed to prevent obstacles in the country’s development.  

During the meeting, the leaders reviewed the events that transpired on November 26 and deliberated on a possible call for civil disobedience.

They also reached a consensus on consulting government allies and taking them into confidence regarding national matters.  

Nawaz congratulated the prime minister on the improvement in the country’s economic situation, while PM Shehbaz briefed him on progress in attracting foreign investment.

The prime minister also presented a report on his recent visit to Saudi Arabia and highlighted developments in securing investments from abroad.  

The meeting included an exchange of views on the overall political and economic situation of the country.

Both leaders paid tribute to the soldiers and other martyrs who sacrificed their lives during operations against militants.  

Concluding the meeting, they offered prayers at the graves of their parents in Jati Umra.
