Islamabad:Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident of a boat capsizing off the southern coast of Greece, resulting in the deaths of several Pakistanis. In a statement, the Prime Minister highlighted the devastating impact of human trafficking, which causes countless lives to be lost each year and leads to the destruction of many families.
He condemned the human trafficking mafia for deceiving vulnerable individuals with false promises and exploiting them financially. The Prime Minister directed Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to present a detailed inquiry report on the incident as soon as possible.
Shahbaz Sharif emphasized the need to identify those responsible for such criminal activities and impose strict punishments. He called for comprehensive measures to prevent such tragedies in the future.
