In his statement, Naqvi praised the players for their outstanding performance in chasing a challenging target, highlighting that the team’s win secured their place in the final, bringing joy to the nation.
He specifically lauded Mohammad Rizwan and Salman Agha for their stellar batting, acknowledging Rizwan’s exceptional captain’s innings and Salman’s crucial contribution. Naqvi emphasized that the team’s success was a result of collective effort and expressed confidence that Pakistan would go on to win the tri-series final as well.
