Islamabad( The COW News Digital ) Pakistan have advanced to the semi-finals of the ongoing FIH Nations Cup despite a narrow defeat to New Zealand in their final group match, thanks to a superior goal difference over Malaysia.

In a thrilling encounter, Pakistan lost 4-3 to New Zealand, but their earlier performances were enough to secure them a place in the final four. Pakistan and Malaysia both finished the group stage with four points, but the Green Shirts edged through due to scoring one more goal across their three matches.
