Pakistan £190 Million Scandal: Ministry of Interior Cancels Passports of Shehzad Akbar and Farah Shahzadi

The Ministry of Interior, acting on a request from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), has canceled the passports of PTI leader Shehzad Akbar and Farah Shahzadi, a close associate of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi.

According to sources, the request for passport cancellation was made by NAB on January 28, and the Ministry of Interior complied shortly thereafter. NAB had sought the cancellation of passports of the accused individuals in connection with the £190 million corruption case.

Shehzad Akbar and Farah Shahzadi are currently residing outside Pakistan.
