JEDDAH (The COW News Digital) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosted a grand luncheon in honour of Muslim leaders who arrived in the Kingdom for the annual Hajj pilgrimage, reported The COW News Digital on Sunday.
According to the channel report, among the dignitaries attending from Pakistan were Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq and Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi.
Also in attendance were Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) warmly welcomed the attending guests and extended greetings for Eid al-Adha.
During his remarks, he emphasised the importance of unity and solidarity in resolving the challenges faced by the Muslim world.
The luncheon also featured speeches by the Grand Mufti of Palestine and the Minister of Religious Endowments of Syria, who echoed calls for collective efforts to address issues confronting the Islamic Ummah.
