Haripur( The COW News Digital) Senior PTI leader Omar Ayub Khan strongly criticized the current judicial system of Pakistan, declaring that “there is no such thing as justice or rule of law” in the country. He revealed that arrest warrants were issued against him and that two of his staff members were abducted from Jabri village in Haripur, remaining missing for four days before being sentenced after three and a half months in illegal detention.

Omar claimed the accused were not even present at the alleged crime scene, with evidence proving they were in Haripur. He further alleged that PTI leaders like Ahmed Khan Bichchar and Dr. Yasmin Rashid were also wrongfully sentenced.

Calling the entire judicial process a “fraud,” he condemned the solitary confinement of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi, stating they were denied basic facilities that should be provided to a former prime minister.

Omar also alleged that Shah Mahmood Qureshi was not present during the May 9 events, as he was in Karachi for his wife’s treatment, yet he still faces baseless cases.

He expressed hope for peace in Pakistan and stated that only the public can remove the government “imposed by Form 47.” Omar reaffirmed his role in the party’s leadership alongside Qureshi, despite ongoing legal battles.
