Nestlé Launches “Nestlé for Healthier Kids” Room at The Trust School Lahore

Nestlé Pakistan has inaugurated the “Nestlé for Healthier Kids” (N4HK) room at The Trust School Lahore, aiming to promote nutrition awareness and foster healthier habits among children. This initiative is part of Nestlé’s global nutritional awareness program, which has already reached 360,000 kids, trained over 2300 teachers, and established 17 N4HK Rooms with 11 partners.

The N4HK program focuses on educating children about the importance of nutrition, physical activity, and healthy habits, shaping a healthier future for generations to come. The program has a presence in Punjab, the federal capital, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Speaking at the inauguration, Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch, global head of human resources at Nestlé SA, emphasized the program’s significance in promoting healthy nutrition and physical activity among children. Jason Avanceña, CEO of Nestlé Pakistan, highlighted the company’s partnership with The Trust School, which has established three N4HK rooms and trained over 400 teachers.

Tahir Yousaf, CEO of The Trust School, expressed gratitude for Nestlé’s partnership, which supports the school’s mission to provide quality education to meritorious students from underprivileged sections of society.

The N4HK program is part of Nestlé’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 of Good Health and Well-Being.
