Nauman Ijaz Backs National Cricket Team

On the photo and video sharing platform Instagram, senior actor Nauman Ijaz shared a special message after the national team’s crucial defeat against India.

In his message, Nauman Ijaz questioned why 11 players are being criticized while asking what role other institutions and the 260 million people of Pakistan have played in upholding the country’s honor.

On the other hand, actor Asad Siddiqui called Pakistan’s defeat shameful in his Instagram story.

He wrote, “Falling for it again and again, only to be heartbroken every time—just like always. We must be truly crazy. There’s no planning, no winning spirit. What is this spectacle? Honestly, this has gone too far now.”

The actor called Pakistan’s defeat an embarrassment and added that after many years, Pakistan is hosting an ICC event, yet it will likely be the first team to be eliminated. He described this as deeply shameful.
