ISLAMABAD:( The COW News Digital)-The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a fresh advisory forecasting continued rainfall across flood-hit regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Between August 18-22, districts including Chitral, Swat, Peshawar, Malakand, Kohat, Mansehra, Buner, and surrounding areas are expected to experience moderate to heavy rain.
In addition, parts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir such as Skardu, Hunza, Shigar, Astor, Baghs, Neelum Valley, and Muzaffarabad may witness scattered showers. Authorities have urged residents to stay alert and follow safety guidelines as monsoon waters continue to challenge vulnerable areas.
