According to details, Special Central Court Judge Tanveer Ahmed Sheikh in Lahore issued a written order following the previous hearing. The court has issued notices on the bail application of Pervaiz Elahi, and both parties have been asked to present their arguments. The court’s ruling instructed the authorities to take steps for the arrest of Moonis Elahi and Mohammad Jabran from abroad.

The written order also included instructions for Mohsin Naqvi, the interim Punjab Chief Minister, to take strict action against the land mafia without discrimination. The court noted that Pervaiz Elahi had filed a bail petition, and the head of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was unable to attend the hearing due to performing Umrah.
