Pakistani actress Mishi Khan has issued a fiery response to Bollywood star and politician Kangana Ranaut over her recent derogatory remarks against Pakistan and its people, made during heightened tensions between the two neighboring nations.
Taking to her Instagram account, Mishi Khan posted a video addressing Kangana directly, sarcastically asking, “How did you like Pakistan’s response? Enjoyed Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs?” She accused the Indian actress of speaking ill of Pakistan without understanding the consequences.
Mishi didn’t hold back, warning Kangana to “think before speaking” and reminding her that Pakistanis are fully capable of defending their country and its dignity. “Look at yourself before pointing fingers at others,” she added, questioning Kangana’s credibility and intentions.
Challenging her to a symbolic face-off, Mishi remarked, “Let’s have a middle-ground challenge like cricket matches. I bet one punch from me would be enough for you.”
Mishi Khan’s strong statement comes in the wake of several Pakistani celebrities, including Hira Mani, voicing similar reactions to inflammatory comments made by Indian public figures during the recent conflict.
