The wedding, held at Jati Umra, celebrated the union of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s grandson, Hafiz Zayd Hussain Nawaz, with Aimen Habib, daughter of Nawaz Sharif’s close associate Sheikh Habib-ur-Rehman. The event took place on December 25, with approximately 500 guests in attendance.
Maryam Nawaz chose a stunning red and gold ensemble from Sabyasachi’s “Heritage Bridal” collection, launched in November. The silk kurta and intricate dupatta, crafted with fine mesh detailing, exemplified traditional elegance.
Sabyasachi’s team confirmed to Jang.com that the outfit costs INR 495,000 (approximately PKR 1.6 million).
The wedding photos circulating on social media have not only highlighted the grandeur of the event but also cemented Maryam Nawaz’s reputation as a fashion icon admired by women across Pakistan.
