Gaza (Web Desk): As ceasefire talks in Gaza resumed, Israeli forces intensified their airstrikes on the region, leading to the deaths of over 65 Palestinians. According to reports from Arab media, Israeli forces carried out a drone strike on a vehicle in Khan Younis and bombed residential areas, resulting in significant casualties. Among the deceased were 11 people from a single family, including seven children.
Amnesty International condemned the Israeli detention of the director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, accusing Israel of targeting Gaza’s healthcare sector and signaling an intent to commit genocide.
Efforts by Egypt and Qatar have led to the resumption of ceasefire negotiations in Doha. Hamas leader Bassem Naim emphasized that the withdrawal of Israeli forces and the return of displaced Palestinians are essential for any agreement.
