Lahore: The intensity of cold has increased in various regions of Pakistan, and temperatures are expected to drop further in several cities in the coming days. According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in Leh has reached minus 13°C, in Skardu minus 11°C, in Quetta, Ziarat, and Chitral minus 5°C, and in Kalat and Bagrot minus 6°C.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has forecasted cold and dry weather in most parts of the country, with the possibility of cloudy skies in some cities. The weather is expected to remain extremely cold in Islamabad and other northern regions, with overcast skies. Cold conditions may further intensify in Islamabad, Murree, Galyat, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
