In Toshakhana 2 Case, Bushra Bibi’s Lawyers Complete Cross-Examination of Another NAB Witness

In the Toshakhana 2 case, the lawyers of former First Lady Bushra Bibi have completed cross-examination of another witness from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

The special court hearing, presided over by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, took place at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, where PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were presented.

During the hearing, Bushra Bibi’s lawyer completed the cross-examination of NAB’s Director, Qaiser Mehmood. Imran Khan’s lawyer will cross-examine Qaiser Mehmood at the next hearing.

It is important to note that a total of seven witnesses have already given testimony in the case. The defense lawyers have completed cross-examinations of five witnesses, and the sixth witness’s cross-examination was concluded today by Bushra Bibi’s lawyer.

The court adjourned the proceedings of the Toshakhana 2 case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi until January 28
