former Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced February 8 as “Black Day.”

According to sources, Imran Khan has directed the members of the National and Provincial Assemblies to organize protests in their respective areas on February 8.

Sources also mentioned that the PTI founder has instructed party members to prepare for the protests.

Additionally, Imran Khan has advised PTI leadership to refrain from making statements against Maulana Fazlur Rehman and has instructed them to take all opposition leaders, including Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, into confidence.

Meanwhile, Fawad Chaudhry, speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, said that Imran Khan wants things to improve. He confirmed that Imran Khan had announced February 8 as “Black Day,” and on that day, protests would take place across the country.

Fawad Chaudhry also mentioned that Imran Khan had instructed all ticket holders to organize protests in their constituencies. He emphasized that there was never any distance between Imran Khan and the party. He added that negotiations should happen to reduce tensions, as this would be better for Pakistan.

He further stated that if Ejaz Chaudhry had been brought into Parliament, the political temperature would have lowered. He urged the government to create a better environment, stating that the government is responsible for fostering good relations, and the opposition has little influence in this regard. He also emphasized that the government should show leniency toward political prisoners and workers for the betterment of the country.
