The tentative schedule for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy, set to be held in Pakistan, has been officially announced. According to the schedule, the tournament will kick off on February 19 with a match between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi. Meanwhile, the highly anticipated encounter between Pakistan and India is expected to take place on February 23 at a neutral venue.
Sources suggest that Dubai has been chosen as the likely neutral venue for the Pakistan-India match, with an official announcement expected soon. Prior to the start of the event, a six-day support period will be allocated for team arrivals, practice sessions, and other preparations. This support period is likely to take place from February 12 to 18.
Earlier, sources had revealed that all stakeholders had reached a consensus on the neutral venue for the ICC Champions Trophy, with Dubai being the likely venue for the much-awaited clash between Pakistan and India.
