Madinah and its surrounding desert areas have experienced heavy rainfall, accompanied by thunder and lightning, leading to localized flooding. Reports of hail have also emerged from several locations.
At the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid Nabawi), visitors took the opportunity to pray as the rain of mercy fell abundantly.
The downpour has resulted in a noticeable drop in temperatures across the Medina region.In addition, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for heavy rain in both Jeddah and Mecca.
