Islamabad: A government senator has responded to the statement made by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari regarding the coalition with the ruling Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) (PML-N).
In an interview with a private TV channel, PML-N senior leader Senator Talal Chaudhry expressed the party’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with PPP in the coalition government.
He further emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the current government has successfully navigated the country through political and economic crises.
Senator Chaudhry highlighted that both PML-N and PPP have played a significant role in the development and stability of democracy in Pakistan.
Regarding PPP’s concerns, he assured that any issues with the coalition partner would be resolved through mutual consultation in the future.
