Islamabad – PTI leader and former Speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, announced that the government has agreed to facilitate a meeting with the founder of PTI.
Speaking to the media in Islamabad, Asad Qaiser revealed that this was their initial meeting with the government committee, and formal talks are set to begin on January 2.
Qaiser stated that the government has accepted their demand to arrange a meeting with the PTI founder. He also highlighted that they have called for the founder’s release and the formation of a commission comprising senior judges.
It is noteworthy that the first phase of negotiations between the government and opposition has concluded, with both sides agreeing to continue the dialogue.
