Reason: The shutdown is due to the joining of transmission pipeline work, which will affect both domestic and industrial consumers .

Recent Development: Mari Petroleum Company has discovered new gas reserves from five wells in Sindh, which will supply an additional 3 million metric standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of gas .
