Flight Disruptions Widespread Across Pakistan Due to Heavy Rain

Heavy rain and administrative challenges have caused significant delays in over 30 domestic and international flights across Pakistan. Passengers face considerable disruptions as flight schedules are impacted at various airports, including Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.

Delays range from two to six hours, affecting flights from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and foreign airlines. International flights from Jeddah, Istanbul, Dubai, and Madinah are delayed, as well as domestic routes from Islamabad to Skardu, Quetta, and Karachi.

The widespread flight delays have caused inconvenience to travellers, with many expressing frustration over the lack of timely communication and the impact on their travel plans. Authorities have yet to provide an official statement addressing the ongoing issues.
