Skardu – A tragic landslide incident in Skardu has claimed the lives of five individuals, who were crushed to death when their vehicle was struck by falling debris.
According to police, the incident occurred at the Malopa area, where a vehicle was caught under a landslide, killing all five passengers on board.
Rescue teams have been dispatched to the site to recover the bodies from the rubble, police officials confirmed.
The victims are reportedly from the village of Shangos. Local authorities are continuing their efforts to assist in the recovery operation and provide support to the grieving families.
