Finance Minister Departs for Hong Kong to Attend 18th Asian Financial Forum

Federal Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Aurangzeb has left for Hong Kong to attend the 18th Asian Financial Forum. During his visit, he will hold meetings with heads of key Asian financial institutions and senior officials.

At the Asian Financial Forum, the Finance Minister will address the audience, providing a clear picture of Pakistan’s economic landscape. In addition to addressing the forum, Aurangzeb is scheduled to meet with local and Chinese officials, financial sector experts, professionals, investors, and top business leaders.

The Finance Minister will also hold discussions with the heads of major institutions, including China International Capital Corporation Limited, China New Energy Skylight Limited, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. He is expected to meet with the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, John Lee Ka-Chiu, and also engage with prominent members and leaders of the Pakistani community based in Hong Kong.

The Asian Financial Forum serves as a crucial platform for addressing key global economic issues from an Asian perspective, fostering collaboration and sharing insights among financial, business, and influential government leaders in Asia.
