Bollywood actress Esha Deol, daughter of legendary stars Dharmendra and Hema Malini, has finally addressed rumors about her alleged relationship with actor Ajay Devgn.
Esha, who made her acting debut in 2002, is making a comeback to the film industry after a 14-year hiatus. In a recent interview with Indian media, she opened up about the speculations linking her to several actors, particularly the rumors surrounding her and Ajay Devgn.
Reflecting on her early career, Esha clarified that while some of the rumors were true, many were mere gossip. “People started linking my name with Ajay Devgn, claiming we were dating,” she said.
Esha went on to explain, “Ajay and I share a beautiful bond, which can only be described as a friendship. There is love, respect, and admiration in that relationship. It was strange to have our names linked in such a way.”
The actress also pointed out that these rumors likely arose because she worked alongside several actors in multiple films. “I was often seen working with the same co-stars, which probably led to these speculations,” she added.
Esha and Ajay have worked together in several films such as Yuva, Main Aisa Hi Hoon, Kaal, Insaan, and Cash.
With this statement, Esha Deol has put the long-standing rumors to rest, emphasizing the importance of friendship and mutual respect in her relationship with Ajay.
