Don’t date before marriage, Dania Shah tells girls

Dania Shah, the former wife of the late televangelist and politician Aamir Liaquat, has advised young women not to date before marriage.

In an interview, she emphasised the importance of self-respect and maturity in relationships.

“Girls should be mature. They should not date boys before marriage,” Dania stated.

She expressed her concern about the rising trend of pre-marital relationships, which according to her, lead to ‘heartbreak’.

According to her, women should focus on finding a mature partner who can understand and respect them rather than indulging in fleeting romances.

During the candid conversation, Dania also hinted at ongoing legal matters, stating, “The truth will be out soon.”

She opened up about her past, passion for acting and marriage to Hakeem Loha Paar.

She revealed that she deliberately avoided marrying a younger man, believing that such a relationship would not have been able to withstand the weight of her past.

Dania was previously embroiled in a legal case related to leaking an indecent video of her late ex-husband, Aamir Liaquat, on social media.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested her after Aamir’s daughter, Dua Aamir, filed a complaint against her.

In the interview, Dania acknowledged possessing the controversial clips. While censored versions were aired, she admitted to making the recordings but denied any involvement in their distribution.
