Lahore: Dense fog in various regions of Punjab has led to the closure of multiple sections of the motorway, with motorway police advising the public to take necessary safety precautions.

According to ARY News, a spokesperson for the motorway police confirmed that the M2 motorway from Thokar Niaz Baig to Kala Shah Kaku Interchange has been closed due to dense fog. Additionally, the M2 motorway from Kot Momin to Tala Interchange and from Thokar Niaz Baig to Babu Sabo will remain closed.

The spokesperson also mentioned that the M2 motorway from Lahore to Hiran Minar, the M3 from Samundri to Dera Khana, and the M4 from Pindi Bhattian to Multan are all closed due to poor visibility caused by fog.
