Counter-Terrorism Court Issues Arrest Warrants for Two Accused in GHQ Attack Case

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued arrest warrants for two accused, Shaheer Sikandar and Muhammad Asim, in the case related to the attack on the General Headquarters (GHQ). The court has directed the accused to appear before the court by January 24.

Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court issued the public notices for the two accused, Shaheer Sikandar and Muhammad Asim, in the GHQ attack case.

The court ordered the accused to appear in court by January 24, and warned that failure to appear would result in them being declared fugitives. If they are declared absconders, their properties will be seized as part of the legal proceedings.
